YYGJX -Automatic Cream Filling Capping Machine

  This machine adopts a conveyor belt for bottle feeding and a conveyor belt positioning filling structure for automatic filling. The upper hopper is equipped with heating and heat preservation functions according to customer requirements. It uses a single servo-driven ceramic pump for metering filling. For the cap sorting part, an elevator is used to lift and feed caps, which are delivered to the robotic arm's cap-picking station via the cap dropping track. After the filled bottles enter the turntable, the fiber optic sensor detects the presence of bottles, and then the caps are automatically picked, placed, and pre-screwed. The capping is performed by means of servo-driven capping. After capping is completed, the fully packaged products are output.
