YYRHX -Hot Air Circulation Sterilization Oven

  This machine is mainly used for drying, sterilization and pyrogen removal of small glass bottles such as ampoule, vials and oral liquid bottles in the pharmaceutical industry.

   The machine automatically completes the entire production process from bottle in feed, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling to bottle out feed. Adopting the laminar flow principle and high-speed hot air sterilization process, it enables containers to meet the Class 3 cleanliness standard (equivalent to Class 1hundred of American Industrial Standards) in the sealed tunnel. It is a currently internationally popular drying and sterilization equipment with excellent sterilization effect, featuring uniform heat distribution and good pyrogen removal performance.

   This machine can be used as a standalone unit or combined with bottle washing machines and filling machines to form a complete automatic production line for washing, drying, and filling, with higher efficiency.
