YYDJX -Automatic Clamp Type Bottle Washing Machine

The automatic clamp type bottle washing machine mainly consists of five parts: the bottle feeding conveyor line, the bottle clamping conveyor, the bottle discharging conveyor line, flushing, and gas flushing. When the bottle continuously enters the bottle feeding conveyor line, it enters the bottle outer wall for flushing and then enters the bottle clamping conveyor. The bottle is flipped by the bottle clamping conveyor to have the bottle mouth uniformly downward for continuous flushing and cleaning. After cleaning is completed, clean compressed air is sequentially injected for preliminary drying, and then the bottle clamping conveyor is sequentially output to enter the bottle discharging conveyor belt to complete bottle washing.

This machine is mainly designed for cleaning large mouth bottles and is suitable for a wide range of industries. It can be easily adjusted for different bottle body diameters and can be used universally.
