 This machine core functions include manual feeding of bottles into the storage hopper, followed by automatic arrangement by the machine,ultimately outputting the bottles with their mouths uniformly facing upward to achieve the purpose of bottle arrangement.

  This machine adopts an external lifting and bottle-feeding structure. Disordered bottles are poured into the bottle storage hopper, then enter the centrifugal disk via the elevator. Driven by centrifugal force, the bottles are conveyed to the sorting turntable mold for sorting and orientation. The core function of bottle arranging and sorting is to guide and organize the bottles, ensuring they fall with their mouths uniformly facing upward for output. A dual electrical power supply is adopted to ensure the qualified rate of finished products meets the application requirements, and the mechanical structure enables the consistent upward-facing output of bottle mouths.
